It is a new type casing running device which has mechanical, hydraulic, automatic controls in one set, used for automatic casing running operation with top drive and power elevator. It can replace the casing running device like Casing tongs, realizing  casing string automated connection, reduce damages when casing makes up. It can rotate the string and circulate mud when casing runs, and reduce potential safety hazards such as casing blocked and stuck as much as possible, improving casing running success rate. Fully mechanized operation makes number of operating workers and labor intensity reduced, however working efficiency improved.
